Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Almalgo website, client workspace, and any related consulting, delivery, or support engagements. They are intended to set clear expectations around acceptable use, commercial scope, and responsibility boundaries.
1. Acceptance and Scope
By accessing the Almalgo website, client workspace, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or any protected workspace areas. These terms apply to website visitors, leads, clients, workspace users, and any person interacting with Almalgo through digital channels.
2. Service Relationship
Almalgo provides consulting, product delivery, internal tooling, automation, analytics, and related technical services. Marketing pages describe our general capabilities, but they do not create a binding service commitment on their own. Any project scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, or support obligations are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other commercial document.
3. Accounts and Workspace Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. Almalgo may suspend, restrict, or revoke workspace access where credentials are compromised, where access was granted in error, or where a user no longer has a valid operational or commercial relationship with the relevant workspace.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or workspace to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, transmit malicious code, or misuse Almalgo services in a way that disrupts operations for other users or clients. We may investigate and act on behavior that threatens the integrity, availability, or lawful use of our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Almalgo website, branding, interface design, platform structure, documentation, and underlying service materials remain the property of Almalgo or its licensors. Client-owned inputs and project-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable commercial agreement. No content on the website grants a license to reproduce or reuse Almalgo intellectual property except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Our website and workspace may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, analytics, authentication, communications, or infrastructure partners. Almalgo is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service limitations caused by third-party providers, although we will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity where those services are part of a live engagement.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
The website and any general informational materials are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almalgo disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where a separate signed agreement states otherwise. Business, technical, or operational information shared on the site is for general guidance and should not be treated as legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almalgo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-business damages arising out of or related to use of the website, workspace, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, Almalgo's aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the applicable claim period, unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.
9. Suspension, Termination, and Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. We may also suspend or terminate access to the website or workspace where required for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, or commercial reasons. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
