Information we collect
We collect information you provide through project inquiries, account access, and direct communication. This may include contact details, company information, project context, and consent choices.
When you explicitly accept analytics or advertising tools, we also process limited device, navigation, campaign, and interaction data. We do not place optional analytics or advertising technologies before consent.
How we use information
We use inquiry data to assess and respond to potential projects. Workspace data is used to authenticate users, provide agreed services, maintain security, and support client operations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send free-text inquiry content to advertising or product-analytics platforms.
Processors and international transfers
We use service providers for hosting, content management, email delivery, spam prevention, authentication, analytics, and—with consent—advertising measurement. These may include Coolify-hosted infrastructure, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Strapi, PostHog EU Cloud, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Some providers may process information outside your country. We assess provider safeguards and use appropriate contractual or technical measures where required.
Retention and security
Qualified project inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship or legal obligation. Operational, security, and accounting records may follow different justified schedules.
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, restricted service credentials, audit procedures, and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may withdraw optional consent at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.
